Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • Manuscript should have similarity index below 19% and no more than 5% from a single source.
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Manuscripts must be prepared in English and should not exceed 8,000 words, including references and annexures. Authors must submit two separate files: a Title Page and the Main Manuscript.
  • The Title Page should include the article title, full names of all authors, institutional affiliations with emails, and complete contact details of the corresponding and all co authors. Funding sources, acknowledgments, and conflict of interest statements should also be included.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.

  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • Conflict of interest & declaration statement (Mandatory)

Authorship and Contributions

Authorship should be limited to those who have made substantial scholarly contributions to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the study. All authors must approve the final version of the manuscript and agree to its submission. Contributors who do not meet authorship criteria—such as those providing technical support, writing assistance, or funding—should be acknowledged separately. Any changes to authorship after submission (addition, removal, or order of authors) require written consent from all listed authors.
