Since few decades to capture body insight one of the most popular techniques introduced as Magnetic resonance Imaging. This technique uses a Magnetic field and computer generated radio waves to create detailed images of the organs and tissues in the body. Earlier as it was new, its working was fine although it was slow for the time being it was acceptable. Later on, due to its slow image accusation, reconstruction, and unclear image quality birth technique did not last long as complete MRI processing becomes an opportunity for researchers to explore and enhance it. In this paper, we will discuss that how with the change of time new techniques from different authors were proposed to moderate MRI working concerning its efficiency and maintain robustness not only but also different algorithms are reviewed in this paper. Furthermore, we have divided this paper into two parts, one as conventional methods as old techniques and another compressive sensing as the new One.
