The success of an organization during New Product Development activities in the long run depends on the ability to base its strategies and processes on the products it makes. This scientific paper presents green design product lifecycle management for incorporating green engineering concepts into new product design. The proposed Product Lifecycle Management tool begins at DEFINE / PLANNING phase and ends at MANAGEMENT REVIEW phase. Developing a process in green engineering is very important. Poor process would results in ineffectiveness for contributing green design into the society. The result of this paper is any organization can implement this proposed green design PLM without affecting their regular process.
