In modern world Humans rely most on Electricity, as a form of energy, to run their day-to-day businesses. In fact it will not be an exaggeration to say that mankind in increasingly getting dependent on it; it's everywhere! This importance in turn results in: (a) Finding different and cheaper means to generate electricity, first it was fossil fuel (oil) then water and solar and the list goes on. (b) Conserving and reducing the wastage of electrical energy. In this project we aim to explore part-b by Monitoring electrical parameters to examine the usage of electricity and Load controlling with the help of sensors to find ways to avoid energy wastage. Design and implement single solution for smart energy meter and load controlling by using Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and Human Machine Interface (HMI).
