This study compares and contrasts the effects of tutor feedback (TF) and peers' feedback (PF) in Computer Science students. The context of this study is in undergraduate Computer Science 60 students in Karachi studying programming. Almost all of the students were observed to be motivated by seeing their immediate progress and majority stated that they learned more from feedback based assessment rather the do from traditional assessments. Perceived usefulness was found to be positively correlated to motivation. Students in group 1 were found to improve their annotation quality more upon receiving tutor feedback rather than students that received peers' feedback. In the pre and post test overall students improved their results in the post test after the experiment. Below average students from both groups were found to be more influenced by feedback as they improved their results more than above average performing students.
